Acclaimed New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Haigh will appear at Maynard Public Library to discuss her new novel, Mercy Street. Haigh has been called “an expertly nuanced storyteller” (New York Times) and “a gifted chronicler of the human condition” (Washington Post Book World). Her latest book is a tense, riveting story about the disparate lives that intersect at a women’s clinic in Boston.
