The Taste in Motion 2023!

The Taste in Motion 2023!

Sponsored by the Maynard Education Foundation

The Taste in Motion is an around-the-town sampling experience. Meet us in the Mill & Main parking lot on Main St to buy your wristband and start eating your way around downtown.
With a map in hand, explore our local eateries, sampling their foods, checking out their menus, and meeting with the dedicated owners and staff. Vote on your favorites to show your support. Enjoy great live entertainment and check out all of the raffle prizes available at the MEF tent in the Mill & Main parking lot!
This event is made possible for our sponsors, the restaurants, and folks like you who donate to MEF. All funds raised will go towards the grant programs that support Maynard Public Schools.

Maynard Menorah Lighting

All are welcome at the Third Annual Maynard Menorah Lighting on Memorial Park! Help mark the Jewish Festival of Lights – a celebration of freedom and community – and watch the candles be lit on the 12-foot-high menorah!

Rabbi Braham David of Congregation Beth Elohim will do the honors of lighting the candles. There’ll be music and singing and maybe some Hanukkah treats
Our hope is to bring folks together in common holiday spirit and build bonds between neighbors of all faiths (and none). Let’s celebrate the light, gather as a community and have a blast!
