Here at BTLY, we explore guided visualization, breathwork, mantras, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness in our Meditation Classes. Each class is unique, as we explore a variety of techniques and practices to calm, focus, or clear the mind.
Each class is accessible to beginners or intermediate practitioners alike and offers an opportunity for you to explore your mind with clarity, connection, and a sense of peace and stillness.
If you’ve ever been curious about meditation, we believe our method is a great place to get started, develop a practice, and connect with others along the way.
Please register *at least 30 minutes* in advance to guarantee you receive login information in time. Class will be held via Zoom.
60 minutes before registered start time, you will be sent a zoom conference link from hello@fitgrid.
Please make sure that you have the following before class:
(1) An active zoom account
(2) A mobile device or computer
(3) Internet connection
After class, you will be sent a link to the recording to view and re-watch any time.
